Stella, get rid of the nuts. Eat breakfast--I don't see it on your log...i think your getting too many carbs still, and not enough other foods...like on the 29th, skip the tartar..and cashews??--Ouch!! Get on induction and stick strictly to it-no exception for two weeks, and re-evaluate your progress.

Thumbs up Stella

If you work it out, 4 pounds of loss every 19 days comes out to a one year weight-loss of about 77 pounds! I'm not sure about everyone else but that seems to be a very significant loss. Keep at it and good luck.

So? we can still hijack the thread and make it about counting the carbs in 1 drop of lemon juice!

oh good thanks...I was about to post advice

I posted a warning post like yours on that "I lost 150 lbs in 6 months" thread in the success section. People are not paying attention though....they keep trying to ask the guy what he did and how they can copy them.

No one listened to me..I guess they are not reading the comments.
That thread drives me crazy.

Why is it that people with only 1 or 2 posts seem to pull up very old posts and ask questions? This has been happening alot on another board recently.

They're new and aren't familiar with the forum yet. They don't know where to look to see the date of the post, and often it just doesn't occur to them to check. They're excited and want to take part in the information exchange.

I've done it myself when on a new forum with which I wasn't yet familiar. I think we should just gently explain that the people they're "talking" to aren't around anymore, if, of course, that's the case.

That was tigersguy's first post.. I don't want to discourage newbie's from posting. we were all newbie's once, right? I think Kisal is right, and being unfamiliar with the forum they don't realize they are pulling up old threads. I think I might have done this myself, when I was a newbie. Sometimes those old threads pop up when you're surfing.

I hope I wasn't sounding rude about it. I wasn't trying to be! Was just wondering how they got so far back in time.

IF you read this, and scroll wayyy down the page, you'll see something called similar threads..
right now on my page, I see four theads that haven't been posted in since april /03, so it's sure not hard to have the old threads pop up.
