Day 14
Went for a bike ride by myself. In was a pain in the rear getting my bike down from the bike hooks my DH set up in the garage for all of our bikes. Anyway, didn't give up. It was nice going for a ride by myself. No dog, no DH. Especially since it made the ride faster.
Bike ride - 27 minutes = 5.5 Miles
BTW, DH and I went for a walk last night which was about a mile.
So, down 6.5 MILES. I think I will actually make my goal of 75 miles this month, the bike rides help.
Treadmill - 15 minutes = 1 Mile
7.5 Miles Down.
