Default Joint Pain

Is it just me or do you find that your joints (for me my knees) are so very much better since losing some weight? I'm down nearly 30 pounds and feeling less pain than I have in years. Can't wait till the next 30 comes off to see how that feels.

Smile Oh yeah...

You said a mouthful!

When I began LCing last January, I was taking pain medications for my knees. I could barely walk. People could hear my knees popping. My doctor thought I had waited too long and that my knes were blown out.

I think it only took me a month or so of LCing before the pain eased and soon after I stopped medications. Today, I walk 2.5 miles a day for exercise and I motor around by foot all over the place.

I never take it for granted though.

LCing rules.

Donald
