Default new to this group---need your support

hi, i am new to this group so i'm not quite sure on how to join you all.

been on the atkins plan for two years now. lost 100lbs. but gained some back and now am back to getting on track again.
still need to lose 75 more lbs. and i need all of your help and support to.

hope to get to know all of you in this group.
would love to hear from you to.

You don't need to do anything to become a member of the Triple Digits Club, other than post and participate...

First off, congratulations on purging 100 pounds! OK, you've put some back on...but the important thing is that you're taking back control now. And you know how good that feels. You just need to get over the hump and back in the groove. After your body sorts things out and detoxes from the carbs you've been eating, things get better mighty fast. Small successes keep adding up and before you know it, you'll be all about LCing and getting healthy.

This forum is a wonderful place to feed your knowledge bank and build motivation. I'd be lost without it.

Nice to meet you Mary. Wow, 100 pounds! That's great. I'm sure you will quickly lose the 10 pounds you gained back.

I see from your profile that you like to swim. I love to swim. I alternate walking and swimming laps for exercise.
