He Everyone,

Thanks for all of your ideas and help. Yesterday, I did tolerably well, saving my reward meal for 10:00 p.m., having champagne, chips and dip. My "lunch" was at 6:00 p.m., steak, salad and asparagus. Breakfast was 3 eggs and a snack was beef jerkey. Not too bad. It was a chocolate free day.

Today so far: Breakfast was a ham and cheese omlet, 11:00 a.m., cm snack was beef jerkey and we're celebrating my husbands birthday at around 5:00, which will be my rm and I'm having lunchmeats and cheese, caesar salad, baked brie with some crackers, cake and ice cream for dessert.

I shouldn't have to eat again tonight, hopefully, unless the cake and ice cream cause my bs to crash. Friday is another challenge with company at night.

I'll be back later tonight, company is here.
