Default Myoplex Carb Sense Bars

Can someone please tell me if these bars are safe to eat? They are soooo good and it says 29 grams protein and 2 grams Impact Carbs. Is there hidden carbs in these that I should avoid? I called Atkins and EAS about them and they said they are safe to eat on low carb diets. Please help!

It all depends on YOU.

Your personal reaction to them (are they irresistable? that's probably trouble because it sets off cravings for you). Can you eat just one? Occasionally (cuz they ARE treats, not proper meal replacements!)?

How does your stomach feel (do you get gas or upset? diarrhea?)?

Have you read the posts on maltitol, sugar alcohols, any of the Bars? The information is all here to share.

Nobody is REALLY here to tell you if it's okay for you to eat these or not, we're here to share our experiences... only YOU can decide if these bars are okay for you.

Good luck to you and enjoy your reading.
