Default Hydration

Since I've been LCing I've been drinking 100-200oz of water a day as well as taking my supplements. This makes me have to urinate just about every half an hour.

Half of the time my urine is very bright most of the time and becomes clear towards the end of the day. Does this mean that I am dehydrated most of the day?

The reason that I ask is because of a hydration chart that we used in bootcamp. The chart showed a spectrum of urine colors and indicated how much more water one needed to consume. The chart also indicated that in order to be completely hydrated it should be as clear as water.

I can't imagine drinking much more water than I do right now, not to mention having to go to restroom any more than twice an hour.

Am I doing something wrong?

From my own experience I'd say it's the supplements you're noticing. When I take a time released one I notice the 'getting clearer effect' much less than when I take a non time released one - this is particularly evident when I take my B complex - can we say 'neon yellow/green'?

At 100-200oz of water I'd say you're well hydrated. I bet if you skipped a day with the multi or B vitamin you'd notice a difference; clearer would happen a lot sooner in the day.

Neon pretty much sums it up pretty good.

I had thought that it could be the vitamins, but it doesn't hurt to get a second opinion.

I don't post much, but I get a lot out of reading about other people like myself.

Thanks
