Thank you thank you - I appreciate the vote of confidence. The way I eat is not easy, takes planning and discipline, but I feel fantastice. I'm just trying to take the best of all the diets and make my own optimal plan.
Lean proteins
Nonstarch veggies
healthier fats (some/not to low) fat for flavor/not a foodgroup
exercise daily
I don't limit amounts or calories really, they just naturally wind up low usually because I get full.
nonprocessed just is healthier, most processed foods contain fillers, hydrogenated oils and trans fats.
I wish I had some "joiners" to my plan, but I don't even have a name for it. Anyone up to this challenge? You can still eat all you want - within these guidelines. I swear some days I eat all day long - and I'm doing fine. I eat because I enjoy eating, but I'm never really HUNGRY STARVING or out of control with food.
Cheating never even enters my mind, I feel too good to cheat.
Cheating to me would be eating an extra handful of walnuts or
a little bacon with my breakfast (eggwhite omelette).
Thanks again for the response and the support. This is truly the best message board for lc on the web!
