Debbie, I posted current pics to my journal. I'm still holding at goal, but need to get back to my workouts. I've taken quite a bit of time off while vacationing/celebrating and now I'm ready to get back to it again!

Hold on while I clear all the cobb-webbs away (again) I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack

Okay, so I've lost 27.5lbs of the 50lbs I gained during my pregnancy. Now it's time to start focusing on lifting again.

My plan is to jog in the morning and lift in the evening (after Joshua goes down). After a month I plan to do the HITT training again. I got such great results with that last time and didn't have to spend nearly as long working out.

Hubby is already reminding me every day that he doesn't want me to get too skinny again. Man, it just bugs me that he can't just let me do my thing.

Here are my before pics to date.
