Badboy.. this has been discussed a lot..

You'd need a LOT of those capsules to get the same amt as on 1 spoonful of flax seed oil..
Be a big bad boy and GET OVER IT.. I had to barf in the first week but pinched my nose tight.. now I just have it right after getting up so that my taste buds haven't woken up yet..
When I forget, I still hate the taste... creeps I forgot!

Be brave!

PS: back again.. new bottle, slightly less barf-like (same brand though) and also another oil to take after the flax seed oil: safflower oil.. is better tasting, can be used for salad dressing without fouling it up

Default Brain Wave...

Maybe if flax oil tastes sooo bad and safflower oil is nicer tasting...perhaps you can mix them together half and half and give it a good swizzzz...and then Bon Appetite?!?!

I haven't tried the flax oil yet but intend to when I next do a grocery shop at the end of the week. I shall look forwards to it's "Barf Like" qualities. LOL!!!

Arrow What's all this talk about Coconut Oil?

Today was the first time I actually logged onto this site, and there's a lot of information to read.

I'm hearing a lot of talk about 'Coconut Oil' and how it can A) produce Ketones B) Serve as a source of fiber helping constipation. Is anyone of this true, or just bogus information?

I just started the Atkins Diet a week or so ago and I have yet to show any signs of Ketosis. I understand that it's not a #1 factor, but it sure would help my motivation level a little bit. I'm going to be a in a wedding in April and I am trying to do as much as I can to look great. I have been working several months and unfortunately I have only been seeing minimal results, even with going to the gym 5 days a week and low carbs. Any suggestions?
