What Atkins book(s) should I look for? Is there just one that would sufice?

I don't have it, but I would suggest his newest, I think it has a red cover, but the copyright would be within the last year or two. I think it's still called Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution, just an updated version. Sorry I can't help more. He has older ones, but it only makes sense to get the newest, with the most up-to-date info. He also has one on Super Immunity, or something like that, but I don't think that goes into the diet much.

Thanks I'm going to be calling the library and asking them to have it ready for my mother to pick up so I can begin the day after I get to her house. I just hope the librarian gives the right one. I guess I should tell her the one that was copyrighted in 2000-2001
