Hi, Blue Moon.
This whole forum is about LowCarb Products, about their nutrition information, how they affect low carb and reviews, too.
So if you spend a bit of time looking over the subject lies, and read threads with "bread" in them, you will get lots of answers to your questions, and learn about how other people view a lot of these LC products.
The Search feature is VERY helpful, too, you might want to experiment with it, see the little 'globe' in the upper right hand corner?
There's also 2 REVIEWS items at the very top of this forum (they're 'sticky' so they stay at the top, handy for everyone to access quickly). One of them is specifically for personal product reviews only, mostly Keto products (it started with them) but not just Keto products -- often other products are compared, for instance. The second one you may find helpful, it's a selection of product review websites -- "outside" this one -- that may help you find bread product reviews from all over.
As for finding "offline" sources of Ketogenics products, your very best bet and the first place to look -- is to talk to the source about stores that may carry their products. Try
www.ketogenics.com and see if that gets you to them, that's what I would try. Often a manufacturer can tell you what stores carry their products.
PS: most LC "bread" products aren't really bread (which is legally and technically made out of high-carb starch, mostly wheat). They won't taste exactly the same as the bread and other starchy stuff that made us carb cravers and gained us weight and ill health in the first place. Usually it's the high-protein soy flour that leaves a different taste. Just FYI.
