Cool Looking for the right plan

I am not sure, what I am in, I just know I am looking for a plan that will help me lose weight, and keep me heathly

If you are looking for a low carbohydrate plan, then look up and on the right of your screen under the quick links bar. There is a link called "Which low carb plan is right for me?" There are reviews of the various low carb plans.

A low carbohydrate plan restricts your intake of unhealthy carbs like refined flour, sugar, rice, pasta and starchy vegetables. We eat plenty of fresh vegetables, especially leafy green ones. We eat meat and dairy products. We eat real food at every meal.

Slim Fast is not a low carb plan, and as such, this forum won't be able to provide the support you need if you choose to stay on Slim Fast. You'll need to go to the Slim Fast website for support.
