Well, I worked out on the treadmill again this morning. I did some serious inclines and so on.
Then I did my weight training.
With my weight training I am doing :
Leg press 130lbs
Hip Adduction (inner thigh) 80 lbs
Hip Abduction (outer thigh) 75lbs
Glute (this is a new one) 51? I have to look as it is a new machine I just added.
Chest Press 35 lbs
Wide Grip front (upper back) 50lbs
Shoulder Press 25lbs
Bicep Curl (again another new one)
Tricep Extension ("")
Lower back 80lbs
Torso Rotatio 55lbs
Ab crunch 12.5 WHIMPY!!!
Now I did all this today. I think I am going to start doing legs and tummy one day and the next arms. That way I am not doing my WHOLE body!
I feel great today.. a little tired as TOM approaches but good!
after wieghts I did about 5 minutes on the ellipticle. I find that machine hard to do and so.. there you have it.
