Monday, Feb 5th--
50 minute elliptical,
20 mins arms- free weights
great workout, shorter then I would have liked, but a good one.
I now have a pilates dvd to do at home to work on my core... I really like the idea of working on the outside of my core.. since I work so hard on the inside.
Tomorrow I am planning to see how long it takes me to do ALL the weights, I DO like the way I've been adding the weights in slowly so as to not get too overwhelmed, this is working for me.
