15 min jog walk- 1 mile
45 min bootcamp.. (LOTS of abs tonight)
30 mins freeweights- arms/upper body
30 mins elliptical

WOW.. what a workout... gotta relieve stress and frusterations somehow-- fabulous workout.

TD16, Feb 1st--
5 min warmup,
20 mins- legs-- (machines, free weights)
45 mins bootcamp
20 min jog

girlfriend met me at the gym & showed me some more strengthening exercises for my legs since 2/3rds of the race is legs.. I gotta get serious about lifting to strenghthen now. Little by little I will have my complete exercise plan together... I do know that I need to do at least 45 mins cardio 5 x per week and I have been able to surpass that so I know I can do it. I need to get the full body weights done 3 x per week in addition.

Now.. to get the eating to match my workouts..........

Monday, Feb 5th--
50 minute elliptical,
20 mins arms- free weights

great workout, shorter then I would have liked, but a good one.

I now have a pilates dvd to do at home to work on my core... I really like the idea of working on the outside of my core.. since I work so hard on the inside.

Tomorrow I am planning to see how long it takes me to do ALL the weights, I DO like the way I've been adding the weights in slowly so as to not get too overwhelmed, this is working for me.

Tuesday, Feb 6th--
10 mins jog
45 mins bootcamp workout

another short workout tonight due to time crunch, but I pushed myself big time tonight in bootcamp and I am feeling the difference already. Each class now I need to push myself a little bit more. Still gotta figure out how to get 3.5 or more miles of jogging fit in to my schedule too.. AND the weights.

10 mins punching bag.. WOOHOO.. this does WONDERS btw!
12 mins elliptical,
45 mins bootcamp.. (ouch.... Drill Sargeant about killed us all tonight) hahaha
45 mins free weights-- arms/legs
Good workout tonight!

Friday, Feb 9th--
51 mins: Elliptical
10 mins stretching
AWSOME workout tonight, I really pushed myself.

Saturday, Feb 10th--

5 minute warm up fast paced walk,
30 min jog- 2.4 miles
10 mins elliptical
45 mins free weights/machines- upper and lower body
10 mins stretching
felt so good to get a fabulous run in.. aww.. what it does for the mind, body, soul!!

Great workout tonight, did not work as hard as I usually do, but still fantastic:

18 mins elliptical
45 mins bootcamp.. (I almost puked, again)
30 mins free weights- legs/arms

40 min jog.. fabulous!
45 min 3 mile walk- in Idaho,

Sunday, Feb 18th--
45 min, 3 mile walk before leaving Idaho.

I am a tad bit sore today, I LOVE that good sore!!

Most FABULOUS cardio workout tonight!! WOOHOO, I could have kept going too.. but had to take my little one home after Karate.

Monday, Feb 23rd--
5 min elliptical warm up,
1 hour- step aerobics.. awsome cardio,
15 mins killer abs,
20 mins elliptical,
25 mins freeweights/machines- arms

Fantastic workout. Am starting to think.. 2 workouts each day will be needed to gain strength, lose weight for the triathlon training. Starting in March will begin morning runs every other day. This will give me close to 16 weeks of training before the triathlon in last weekend of July, 2007.
