Default I'm back to day 3 again - I'm more determined this time

Our whole house has been sick with colds and flu. It's been an easy 2 days so far - been too sick to really be hungry. Hopefully I'll be in ketosis by tonight. A quick question - anyone know how many carbs are in a dose of Thera-Flu?

Gail

Gail,

To be honest, I wouldn't really worry about the carb count in Theraflu. Reason being is if you aren't really hungry, means you probably aren't intaking enough calories right now so any calories are being used to support your BMR.

Get yourself well and then worry about low carb dieting

Question thanks for your feedback

Just one question - do you think I should postpone induction until I'm better? My 4 year old son said something to me a couple days ago that's really motivating me right now. I would hate to postpone induction if at all possible.

Thanks, Gail

If you feel upto it go for it.

Induction is really rough on your system when you aren't sick. Detoxing your system will make you feel weak, headachy, along with other symptoms.

Then again since you are already feeling pretty bad, you might not notice the symptoms of the detox. Just make sure if you do induction to keep those calories above 1200.

I really hope you feel better soon.
