Got a question
I was adding my foods in to fitday today, and I had to add custom foods for the flax seed and wheat germ. I followed what it said to do, but I noticed when I added it to the foods eaten today, it did not deduct out the fiber grams for total carbs.
Am I supposed to deduct them myself before and give them total carbs (exapmple - total carbs on pkge is 10 fiber is 6) put in 4 as total carbs before I save it as a new food?
According to the way it is in now, I have consumed 20 grams already with just my LC mix I ate this morning..
Need to know so I can adjust the rest of my plan for the day accordingly..
