I was one to enjoy anything with Keto Crumbs on it but the nut coating is so much better plus you get all the health benfits of the nuts. I didn't add the parmesan cheese but will next time because I think the cheese may help the nuts stick to the chicken better once it's heated.

While eating my nut coated chicken - I was thinking next will be baked nut coated boneless pork chops. I even have thoughts of nut coated steak like country fried stead but baked.
