I already posted but as I am just keeping my carbs low and not to any guidelines, I'll post here from now on

Brekkie= 1 egg nuked with red onion, yellow pepper bits and a mushroom. Topped with a whole tomato sliced.

A protein shake made with 2 scoops of whey protein, coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream, xanthan, cinnamon, and flax. Very tasty.

And some bacon. But not in the shake.

I had a Dannon Carb Control yogurt w/ 1 tbsp flax meal, coffee w/ ff H&H, 1 HB egg and spicy V8 juice.

My late morning snack was 1 wasa crispbread w/ PB and s/f jam
