Working my way up to 20 MINUTES 2 MILES THIS WEEK!
I worked out last night, and this morning, feel very proud!
Last night I wasn't trying to hit goal, just trying to do something
and I am glad I did. I also did my crunches 200!!
It is a little easier to get on the treadmill in the mornings now and
when I get home I just make myself, I didn't get to 2 miles but I
know I will when I switch to 25 minutes and 2.5 miles tomorrow!
If I wouldn't have rested those 2 days maybe I would have done
it, oh well will do it right next week!
