Erratic Scale-Readings: 136lbs and 132.8lbs.
Eating and Exercise:
Again no exercise, as planned, apart from walking to supermarket and, later, into town. Ate 200g of sardines, various green herb-like things, some strawberries, lots of cashews, hazelnuts and brazils, 250g of lamb's liver, broccoli and lots of apples (overall c. 150g of fat, 150g of protein, 100g of carbs, 2350cals).
