You didn't have a column for 150+ lost, about 135 of that on CALP.

Sometimes a pound a week, sometimes 2. I lost faster at the start, then slowed down, and then sped things up again by watching portions size and exercising a bit more.

50 plus. Didn't keep track of how fast- just did the plan to control my insulin. It did take a year for my lipids to be NORMAL!!

i've been doing CAD for 4 years and have only lost about10 pounds and have only been able to maintain myself at 90 kilos (200 pounds). I have just found out about the Hellers new book CALP, hence 'balancing' my reward meals. now I need to save up and by the book.
