energy levels almost back to normal
had a good work out

37 min treadmill= 305
17min running
20 walking

10 min cycling=100
10 stepper=120

total burn = 525 calories
just 2 more days(sessions) to complete the week

all well

30 min treadmill = 250

25 min cycling = 200

2.5 min rowing = 25

total burn = 475 calories ( slacker)\
