i actually started last week going to the gym 6 days...felt awesome. total calories burnt last week doing cardio 2400 calories. this week i have planned to burn 3400 calories. thats almost 550 calories per day.
day 1 treadmill 30min >> 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr. >> 15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr burnt 300 calories cycling 25 min >> moderate level 4(1-9)>>75-85 rpm calories 220 weights 10min sauna 15min total calories burnt 520. :D :thup: |

little tired but still motivated.
if it hurts its working Weightlifting 15 min. all machines 2x 8 reps treadmill 37 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr. 15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr burnt 300 calories ski machine 5 min level 5 burnt 50 Stepper 5 min burnt 50 clycling 15min burnt 100 total calories burnt today = 500 5 min sauna :) :) :) :) |
day4 week 2
hitting the wall.
tired but still going on treadmill 35 min burnt calories=310 cycling 15 min = 110 stepper 5 min = 50 weights 15 sauna 10 min total calories burnt = 470 :) :) 30 calories missing |
day 5 week 2
energy levels almost back to normal
had a good work out 37 min treadmill= 305 17min running 20 walking 10 min cycling=100 10 stepper=120 total burn = 525 calories :D :D :D just 2 more days(sessions) to complete the week :lol: :lol: :lol: |
day 6 week 2
all well
30 min treadmill = 250 25 min cycling = 200 2.5 min rowing = 25 total burn = 475 calories ( slacker)\ :D |

i am doing 500 calories everyday with a good mix
