i actually started last week going to the gym 6 days...felt awesome. total calories burnt last week doing cardio 2400 calories. this week i have planned to burn 3400 calories. thats almost 550 calories per day.

day 1
treadmill 30min >> 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr.
>> 15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr
burnt 300 calories

cycling 25 min >> moderate level 4(1-9)>>75-85 rpm
calories 220
weights 10min
sauna 15min

total calories burnt 520. :D :thup:

treadmill 37 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr.
15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr

total calories burnt today = 500

5 min sauna

hitting the wall.

total calories burnt = 470
:) :) 30 calories missing

had a good work out

20 walking

10 min cycling=100
10 stepper=120

total burn = 525 calories :D :D :D
just 2 more days(sessions) to complete the week :lol: :lol: :lol:
