Grr...I'm weighing in tomorrow. I went out last night and was kind of BAD. Had about a dozen tortilla chips with salsa. And I resisted for, like, half an hour even though the stupid basket was right in front of me! Oh well, at least I didn't have beer or any of the other high-carb items on the menu. Just a Caffeine-Free Diet Coke. So today I'm leaning pretty heavy on the meat and eggs and hopefully I can minimize the damage. We'll see tomorrow!

jazzfan.. remember to push the water too!!.. i know after a small off-plan food item.. if i push water for a couple of days.. i seem to do okay.

Thanks for the reminder - I'm drinking like a fish today! I just discovered that Crystal Light has a caffeine-free peach iced tea. Yummy!! I had about 16 oz. of that, now back to plain water. Cross your fingers for me!

Hehe...just had to show off my new siggy! I haven't lost anymore weight but I am taking my one pound as a great success for this week. I have been going ssssllllloooowwww since I started exercising. Argh! Well, congrats to all the loser!! Hopefully I will see some more loss soon.
