Dazy,
I would also encourage you to eat more and eat more frequently so that your body doesn't go into a starvation mode. But, 15 pounds is a great weight loss for your first month. Your body is probably just trying to catch up and normalize itself.
It sounds like you're drinking the water whch is so critical and you're getting in exercise 4 - 5 times a week - which is great. Are you using Fitday to track your carbs and make sure that you're getting enough food? You should be adding in a few more carbs (5 grams a day for a week via unprocessed carbs like extra veggies or salad until you reach your CCLL). I found that when I allowed myself to go up in the carbs slightly, my weight loss efforts were renewed.
Coffee is a tough one, Atkins suggest letting go of any drinks that have caffeine cause it can slow down your weight loss efforts. However, there are many people who still add coffee and they seem to be OK. Everyone's body is different and you'll have to make that decision for yourself.
I would also recommend that you start a journal. That way, if your stall lasts any longer we'll be able to help you. Keep track of your food in Fitday and you can place the bottomline numbers in your journal. If there are any foods that could cause potential problems we'll let you know.
Finally, I had what appeared to be a three month stall, the reason was that I was using canned whipped cream...now, I make my own. But, I did lose inches and a dress size during that "stall"...so, sometimes are body is losing weight, we're gaining muscle and it just doesn't show on the scale. So, I would encourage you to take your measurements now (if you haven't already) that way you can evaluate your progress by your measurements too.
Wishing you the best!
