Exclamation I need lots of support!

Hi everybody. I'm fairly new to this. Tried the Atkins Diet a couple of years ago and lost 20 pds, but have ballooned up to 222. I really want to change my life style but I'm realizing I need lots of support. If you have any tips or success stories please e-mail me!

Hi Cutecuffs, welcome!

Have a good look around this great site - there's a lot of helpful information here. You could start by going to "Newbies Questions" and look at the "Hot Links" sticky.
Also, go to the orange bar at the top of the screen. Among other good things there, Low Carb Tips has a lot of useful info.

Matey, the best way to get support is to start your own journal.

Good luck to you, Cutecuffs!

Rosebud

Hi, Cutecuffs -- welcome!

Congratulations for starting back. You've got some great advice from Rosebud. Are you trying Sugarbusters because you found Atkins too restrictive? (Just curious -- no obligation to answer!) We have a Sugarbusters forum. You might want to stop in and say hi.

Hi Cutecuffs !

Welcome to the forum - I think you will find this forum not only full of great information, but so supportive. I am new to this WOL also. My doctor started me on SugarBusters in September (was a great way for me to finally kick the white sugar addiction...), and as Alto said, check out the SugarBusters Forum - so many great people there.

Good luck and hope to see you around!
