faux rice stuffed peppers
Hi everyone!
I just had this for dinner and it was quite good.
Ingredients:
4-5 green bell peppers
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
3/4 cup of tomato sauce
Bag of Cauliflower
1 pound ground beef
1.5 cup of shredded mozzrella cheese
Italian or greek spice mix
salt
Chop garlic, and shred or chop cauliflower into fine pieces. chop onion.
Fry garlic and onions. Add beef until just about cooked. Throw in chopped cauliflower.
Cut the tops off the green peppers, clean them out - you can throw the tops of the peppers back on if you'd like.
Spoon meat and "rice" mixutre into peppers. Cover with Cheese and drisel tomato sauce over the top. Cover and put in the oven 350 for 30 minutes. Take cover off and brown cheese slightly if you'd like.
