From the Regush article:

"Those involved in CoQ10 research are acutely aware that the widespread use of 'statins' or cholesterol pills (the ones shamelessly advertised ad nauseum on TV and in medical journals) are causing CoQ10 depletion in patients, particularly those with heart failure. In fact, cardiologist Peter Langsjoen, who has conducted pioneering research on CoQ10, has voiced his concern that this cholesterol obsession has led to an epidemic in congestive heart failure. Well, hey, follow the money, to the drug companies that are making a killing on cholesterol pills, along with their cardiology lackeys."

I've been using CoQ10 for the past few months. It has helped me out tremendously.

I dont want to have to go into too many details and I didnt really want to have to put this down on here but I will, so I'll get to the point.

I was diagnosed with asthma 5 years ago. Turns out after all this time, its not asthma....it's CHF. I was smoking, so I had to quit. Then gained weight and yadda yadda yadda.....doctor asked me to try CoQ10 to see if it is possible that it will work. He didnt want to have to surgery, if he didnt have to. So we decided to give it a try and figured we'd give it 2 months and check to see the results.

On an EKG, my results are pretty close to normal. Also, just to listen to my heart it sounds alot healthier and most doctors cant even tell I have CHF. This stuff probably saved my life. Yes, I do continue to get my heart checked, and will have to for the rest of my life. But this CoQ10 sure beats heart surgery.
