I drink green tea and it never hurts my ketosis. As for the other, I've never heard of it.

Cheers,

Friday

Thumbs up Green tea is very good

I have been drinking Green tea for a while now, not only will it not effect your ketosis stat its gonna speed your entry a bit.

Less time to get into ketosis, be sure not to add honey or any sugary stuff to it.

At first i couldnt stand the taste of Green tea but i got used to it.

Its a great anti- oxidant and speeds up the metabolisme.

Green tea as been getting lots of good reviews now, still you cant beleive all you read.

I usually take in 3-4 cups a day during low carb day.

I had 3 cups(not actual measurement cups haha) of green tea and one packet of sweet and low per cup a day. Never affected me adversely. For awhile I was wondering why my body was burning up for apperantly no reason then I read Green teas are a thermogenic, so it was a happy mistake
