Hi everyone, I was wondering how to measure your body fat. The measurement I have is from the gym several months ago and I have no idea how they calculated it. I've looked for a web page but only found BMI. Anybody know where a BF calculator is?

Have you tried using the search function here in the forum. I know that Natrushka has given URL's for online BF calculators in the past. You can get to the search function at the top of the page, by clicking on the little globe.
