Ok so low carb tortillas, there are a multitude of things they can be used for, i know that. Butas I was sitting here smothering davinci sweetened (french Vanilla) cream cheese and cinnamon over my beloved low carb lushness I wondered if anyone else uses tortillas in unconventional ways, or even just recipes which knock ur socks off?

Would love to hear any combinations, thanks if you contribute.

My wife makes killer quesadillas with them.

We did something similar once on a weekend using them as a crepe -- sugar free Smucker's Jam inside, a little cream cheese.

Very tasty.

I love them!! I use them a lot unfortunately none of these ideas are original.

sandwich wraps
if i have left over casserole ill throw it in a wrap and have it for lunch
fajitas
enchiladas
burritos
quesdillas
as pizza crust

I LOVE TORTILLAS. I wouldn't be able to do low carb without them.

This isn't my idea but I once saw someone on this forum say she used them like spaghetti which i thought was pretty innovative. She just sliced them into skinny strips and put sauce over them. I don't eat grains at all so I don't know if it is good or not but it was a cool idea.

The only thing I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is hot dogs. With a little shredded cheese, and maybe some hot sauce or LC chili.

I get mine at albertsons or walmart. Albertsons has different flavored tortillas-garlic and herb and onion
