squats, 2 sets of 10
wall pushups, 2 sets of 30
toe stands, 2 sets of 10
some stretches
biceps curls w/8 lb dumbbells - 2 sets of 15
step ups - 2 sets of 12
overhead press - 2 sets of 10 - 8 lb dumbbells
hip abduction - 2 sets of 12
lower ab exercise - 2 sets of 8 (this one is killing me :P, I swear that someday I am going to be able to do 2 sets of 50)

Cardio tonite has consisted of jumping up & down to go to the door & hand out Halloween candy

Also tonite - squats, 2 sets of 10

Today -
10 am: 3.5 doubles match, we lost in the 3rd set tiebreaker

2:30 pm: 3.0 doubles match, we won in the 3rd set tiebreaker

It was hot today!!! We drove by the bank sign at 8:30 pm and it still said 71 degrees then.
