Ah, Push It...Push It Good. Ah, Push It....Push it Real Good!
I thought that I would begin a gym log to track my daily exercise efforts. I really want to keep track of how my endurance is improving. I have to remember to take something to write with to the gym to keep track of what exactly I am doing to relay it back here. I really like the treadmill, elliptical, and sometimes (on a good day) the stairmaster. I try and do some weight training when time and energy permits. I know I should do more weight training but doing that just doesn't make me feel as good, or as productive, as doing some cardio.
Today is not going too well so far...hopefully, I will get out and about later, as I am not feeling quite well (TOM). I am just trying to rest for now and maybe in a few hours will make it to the gym for some time on the treadmill. I will check back later.
