Default Ezekiel bread

Hello everyone, I am wondering about eating the Ezekiel bread. Is it a low carb bread? Has anyone tried it and liked it?

I used to eat breads like this frequently. That's part of why I'm here today.

Here are the ingredients:

2 1/2 cups wheat berries
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1/2 cup barley
1/2 cup millet
1/4 cup dry green lentils
2 tablespoons dry Great Northern beans
2 tablespoons dry kidney beans
2 tablespoons dried pinto beans
4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
2 tablespoons salt

It would be fine on Schwarzbein minus the honey and OK on CAD as part of the reward meal. But on Atkins, it could be a thing for the lifetime maintenance phase.

A lot of people discover they have an intolerance to grains and never realized it until they started low-carbing. Bloat, gas and general ickiness are the symptoms.
