Default Atkins pancake and waffle mix

Would I be doing anything wrong if I dipped my meat in pancake and waffle mix and pressured fried it in peanut oil? I would be counting the carbs in it which is 6 per 1/4 cup. This would be after induction. This is Atkins and thank you for your info.

Cool Should be OK!

I cook an Atkins grand slam breakfast every Sunday. Use two egg cup of better than eggs. Use 1 egg for a single portion 1/4 cup of Atkins pancake mix for pancakes. Cook the other egg scrambled with cheese and serve with 4 strips bacon, no sugar maple syrup. I have done this once a week for 2 months and have been maintaining +/- 1 lb at target. Your idea sounds like it should be OK!

Default Atkis pancake waffle mix

I tried this that is I took one fourth cup of atkins pancake and waffle mix added water to it. I made it like pancake batter thin and I dipped my chicken in it and pressure fried it in peanut oil. I added salt and pepper to the batter also. It tasted great I really liked it.
