Default Going to the General Nutrition Store today, need advice please.

I am going to GNC this afternoon to get my supplements, I have never taken Atkins Excell and am wondering if I should. I am just starting back tomorrow after nearly a week off and want to really jump start myself because I know this clean induction won't give me the results it did 2 months ago when I first began this WOE, will these pills help? I don't want to waste my money if people haven't had any luck with them. If you have taken them, what do they do for you??? Thanks in advance.

Hiya, i would simply take a multi vitamin, to be frank I spent a lot of money on those excel things in the first few weeks and they did nothing for me.
I tried them again in about 6 months and the same result. I think they are simply a marketing ploy, if you look at the list of ingredients, they are only as good as a high powered multi vitamin anyway, they just fancy them up in their own packaging.
That's just my opinion, some other people may not agree.
