Default Pete's Fitness log

This is my first gym log, and figure if I have one I might have more motivation to exercise. I ready to turn my flabolous arms to fabolous arms

Thursedays exercise-
20 minute walk with dogs
Bowflex exercises-
Chest fly-10 reps 45 lbs on each side of power rods
Decline bench press-10 reps
Incline Bench Press-10 reps
Decline chest fly-10 reps
Incline chest fly-10 reps
Seated shoulder press-10 reps
Narrow lat pulldowns with hand grips-10 reps
Reverse gril pulldowns-10 reps
Cross over wide pulldowns-10 reps
Triceps extension(I thought I was gonna die!)-10 reps
Seated upper body opposition push pull-10 reps
seated resisted abdominal crunch-10
Leg extension(I love these)-10 reps, 2 sets

My arms literally feel like spaghetti, but the sweat dripping down my back feels wonderful. The endorphins are flowing but I hope I'll be able to move my arms tomorrow

I attempted to take some measurements but dont know how accurate they are because its hard to take them by myself.

Under bust-42
abdomen-48
hips-46
upper arms 15 1/2

BTW try to take them at the same time and on the same day as the last week...

Today was a day full of activity..Not actual workout stuff but for me it was exercise because normally I'm always in the house. We ran errands all day from 1 all the way to 7. Then we came home and DH wanted to take the dogs for a run. So went to the baseball diamond, and threw the ball around. Had a great time!!!

I just got done walking on the treadmill for twenty minutues, and I am feeling so good about myself. Not really my food choices but whats done is done. At least i didnt wallow in my own self pity, and binge. I had my music blarining, and I just concentrated on how good I felt. I was depressed and instead of eating I walked. I am quite proud of myself for doing that...

One hour power sculpting class with an awesome teacher!! Today we did squats, calves, abs, biceps and tricepts. After the class me and my friends talked about weightloss and she said that we really need to try her cardio class because that is what is going to get the pounds down. So now on opposite days the girls and I decided to go to her interval toning class-its high impact so hopefully it doesnt kill me We then talked about diet and she says that she goes by calories in calories out, lean protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies, and lots of portion control. Great just one more thing I have to work on. I'm happy that I've committed to exercising . I'm having a blast!
