Deadlifts - 3 sets, 8 reps, 146lbs, 136lbs, 126lbs
Leg Extensions (1 leg) - 2 sets, 10 reps, 70lbs
Hamstring Curls - 2 sets, 10 reps, 80lbs
Calf Raise didn't do these, worked calves w/ hammie curls
Reverse Crunch - 2 sets, 20 reps, bodyweight
Crunch - 2 sets, 20 reps, bodyweight
Pike Ups didn't do these (cat emergency involving a case of beer and the carpet :eek
Noticed a 'change' in my legs today - firmer, more 'toned' ( hate that word!). Definitely going to be some DOMS tomorrow! Could have squated more (will do that next week) but could not continue with the deadlifts at that weight - grip gave out
