This was on the back of her new book. I wonder where she's going with this? I wonder if it's just a warning for those who tend to OVERtrain with cardio?
I know weight lifting is a welcomed plan b/c it builds muscle, the very thing we need to boost our metabolism. But I wonder why cardio could be ruining our health?
Now I REALLY want that book ASAP so I can see about this angle she has. Most of my workouts in the pool are resistance and strength focused, not cardio, but when I do my laps and running in pool, it is definitely cardio (tho it's mostly resistance, with some minor heavy breathin ).
Okay, ramble off, just that my interest is VERY piqued now. Have a great day!
