Thought I would try introducing myself since I have been browsing this forum since July. ( I think I've read every page -49 of them, in Natruska's journal!) I've learned so much from just reading that, and I'm sorry that she's signing off for the time being!

I have lost over 20 lbs since July, only 40-50 more to go!

Reading this forum really keeps me motivated and I hope to be posting that I too, am 90% to goal weight!!!!

Welcome J ! .... and congratulations on your loss so far !

As Nat said to me when I first tuned in, this is the last "diet" you'll ever be on. I've been doing Atkins for 6 weeks now. Sure is a happy change from the old days of skim milk and cottage cheese (yuck).

If you haven't already done so, take minute to check out Fitday. It's a big help keeping track of what you're eating.

Greetings and welcome aboard!

Congrats on the success so far - you are doing very well.

On a side note: Did you had any relatives that went to the Colorado School of Mines back in the late 1980's?
