Light headedness sounds like low potassium, as Lynda said.
You'll need a potassium supplement as well as a multivite to correct the low potassium. You can either buy potassium tablets, or buy potassium salt, such as Nu Salt or No Salt and just sprinkle on your food.
For the first few weeks, you'll need up to 400mg daily - once Induction is over and your body gets used to low carbing, you can gradually reduce to about 100mg/day.
Of course, if you happen to be taking a diuretic or blood pressure medication, check with your pharmacist or your doctor before supplementing with potassium.
