Buddy Anyone?

Hey Ya'll...

I am a 20 year old from Canada who is very new to this "low-carb" lifestyle and any help would be very handy

I have always wanted to lose weight but I have just turned 20 and realized that if I don't do something now I will never do anything.

Having someone to correspond with via email and this board that is in the same position as me would be of the greatest help.

Hi fxycleo. I am kinda new to this WOL as well. I tried it a few months ago and had no sucess, I guess you could say I fell off the wagon. But obviously there must be somthing to it, I'm back again. I am in my twenties as well and have been heavy most of my life. My significant weight gain came with having my two sons. I am here if you want to buddy with me.
