Default Tea and Ketosis (what do you drink)

I should have topped hte other thread that mentioned tea but I forget where it is and I am curious what other drinks people drink while CKD'n.

so...I am assuming tea contains nothing that will get me out of ketosis, if I am wrong please please tell me.

I am a Diet Pepsi addict. And while it hasnt affected my diet thus far, the citric acid at least, I wanna see how I do without it, AND its just packed with sodium.

so...question 2. Besides water what do you folks drink. THe only 3 things I can think of are Diet soda, tea, and coffee....what am I missin?

I drink diet decaf cola, diet decaf iced tea and water.

A couple colas are made with Splenda now and are a bit better than regular diet. Splenda must be counted in your carbs though.

Water, plain and simple. It doesn't get any easier than that.
