Can someone please tell me how to copy your food eaten into your journal or direct me to a site that can give me some information on how to use Fitday more effectively. Thanks,

Hi Janice,

This thread, Fitday.com How To's may help you.

Personally, I don't journal in Fitday. I post my food in my journal here and use Fitday for the stats which I then copy and paste into my journal here. Not sure if that makes sense!
What I mean is, I hit "food" on Fitday and post my food intake there, not in their journal section.

I hope that's of some help, Janice.

Thanks Rosebud, I'll check out the link. I thought I could transfer Fitdays "Foods Eaten Today" into the Journal here but now I realize I can only copy the stats and I have to type the foods eaten into my journal myself. So much for technology, eh!
