Default Taebo ?

Hi! I'm just wondering if anyone uses the Taebo video's. I've been doing them for almost a week now. In the morning and before I go to bed. I didn't loose any pounds in the last week but I did lose 9 inches. How long will it take before I can see some muscle definition?

Also, you lost 9 inches in only one week!! Is this from all over your body? I am curious as to how your inch loss has progressed. Keep us posted!

I bought one of the Billy Banks Taebo videos. Wow!!! How can that man keep going???

I only did the video once and i really enjoyed it. But I think at my frame it was a little too intense for my body.

I have been going to the gym for 5 weeks doing moderate cardio and i already see the results. I have tighter arms and my stamina is building gradually. In 5 weeks i got my 1 mile power-walk down from 21 minutes to 16.25 minutes.

Stick with programme and you will see the results
