Made it to the gym-did only 15 mins cardio after weights.

Did Firm 3 days in arow only lower body of body scuplt, then did weights at gym and only got in 5 mins of stepper-Skyler was upset and I had to get her

YESTERDAY-I did 20 mins at home on the stepper

Today-The Firm lower body w/ 5lbs weight-didn't get all the way through it since I haven't done it in a long time!!

I am trying to get back on track and motivated. I find it so hard to fidn time to get to the gym. I really need to do weights at the gym though.

I keep forgetting to put in my gym stuff


weights 1st--
quads---really want to work on my quads. I think my legs look super heavy on top
hammies
abb
add
used the machines for triceps and biceps---too lazy for the free weights...

25 mins of stepper---upped it to level 4---which is high for me normally 2....getting there...

wow I am not sure the last time was that I posted!
I have been back at the gym.....granted I am not doing so much with cardio

today I did weights then cardio--only 15 mins of cardio. though

I did up my weights

leg press--135lb 12 reps 2x
leg curl-45lb-12 rep 2x
leg extension 45lb rep 12 2x
abb exten---outer thigh---100lb 12 rep 2x
add exten----inner thigh---50lb 12 rep only 1x

arm-curls-8lb-12 rep 2x
arm-pullup--8lb 12 rep 2x
arm-triceps 8lb 12 rep 2x

cardio--35 mins on stepper

wow really need to write in what I have been doing!
the ellpictal here at home for at least 30 mins every day except Sunday. I am now trying to do weights at home and at the gym. Free weights every day at home. I know I am suppose to take a rest but I want to bulk up.
