150 crunches
60 push ups
60 squats
10 minutes of weight lifting(5lbs)
6 minutes of leg lifting

I noticed I haven't been posting in here much. I've been so busy.
Friday: 15 minutes of weight lifting (wish I could have done more)

Saturday: 45 minutes of weight lifting, 50 minutes of jogging

Sunday: 50 minutes of weight lifting, 20 minutes of jogging

So far today, I haven't done anything. I should have posted exactly what I did for my weight lifting but I don't remember exactly and I'm feeling too lazy right now.

Today's workout:
50 minutes of weight lifting

I'm feeling too lazy to go into specifics about what exercises I did. I was going to go for a run after my workout, but things came up and I wasn't able to. That pisses me off a little. Oh well...
I just got a new workout bench today! You can adjust it for different workouts. I'm so excited! I've never liked exercising as much as I do now that I've started buying equippment. It just makes it so much more fun. I haven't put it together yet though. I plan on doing that tonight.

Tonight:
20x20 weight lifting(5lbs)
20x10 crunches
10x20 squats

That was the best workout I've ever had! I made sure to have plenty of carbs before I started (I had oatmeal with apples), and I was able to keep going for 55 minutes at an intense pace! Woohoo!
