Question Water?

What temperature do most of you drink your water?

If it's "cool" or even room temp, did you have to get used to it?

Here's my problem....I have a spasm of the esophagus that can be induced (sometimes) by drinking cold water. I't not a problem most of the day, but when I eat I've had trouble with food getting stuck! I've tried not drinking when I eat, but generally need fluids to help things go down.

I also get very nauseaus when I drink water that isn't COLD!!!!! I mean ICE COLD!!!!! I've been like this since I was a kid!

I've tried to cut back on the ice, drinking water when cold (out of the refridge or cooler) and it's all the same...after a few mouthfulls I get sick to my stomach!

Thanks
Cindy
